Q: What Area Do You Cover?
A: We cover the whole of South East Kent although we are able to travel further afield by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. A map showing our service area can be viewed here.
Q: Where Can You Work On My Car?
A: We can work on your Smart car either at your home, for example on your driveway, or at your place of work, for example in the carpark. All that we ask is that you get permission from the relevant person for this work to be carried out.
Q: Will There Be Any Mess Involved?
A: We can assure you that every care is taken whilst performing a service on your Smart to ensure that no mess will be left after the work has been carried out. We are very conscious of the environment and take great care in everything we do. All used oil and parts will be taken away by us and disposed of in the correct manner.
Q: How Long Does A Service Take?
A: Usually an A service would take about 1.5 hours, a B service would take around 2.5 hours, and an intermediate service would take about 45 minutes. These are only guidelines and we do ask that you always allow a bit longer in case of any problems encountered and we like to do jobs properly and not to rush.
Q: Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
A: We can accept Cash or Cheque, with a valid cheque card, or alternatively Credit & Debit cards online via Paypal.
Q: What Times Can You Come To Work On My Car?
A: We are fairly flexible on our times and would be happy to work on your car anytime throughout the day during the week including evenings, and at weekends (subject to an available appointment).
Q: Do You Use Genuine Parts?
A: We use genuine Smart parts wherever possible or high quality alternatives. We only use Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil as recommended by Smart and Mercedes Benz, and NGK spark plugs.
Q: Can You Sell Me Parts?
A: We can supply certain parts but we are currently do not hold many parts in stock. Although this is something we are looking into for the future.
Q: Can You Fit My Parts?
A: Yes. If you have purchased some parts already for your car we can certainly fit those parts for you. The price for this service will vary on an individual basis so please contact us for a quote.
Q: Can You MOT My Smart
A: Being a mobile business, we cannot MOT your car - however, if you are in the Folkestone area we can most certainly take your car for MOT following a service. The cost for this will be the standard price of an MOT (currently £54).
