Q: Where Are You Based?
A: We are based in South East Kent just between Dover & Folkestone in a place called Capel Le Ferne. A map showing our address can be viewed here.
Q: How Long Does A Service Take?
A: Usually an A service would take about 2 hours, a B service would take around 3 hours, and an intermediate service would take about 45 minutes. These are only guidelines and we do ask that you always allow a bit longer in case of any problems encountered and we like to do jobs properly and not to rush.
Q: Which Methods Of Payment Do You Accept?
A: We can accept Cash or Cheque, with a valid cheque card, or alternatively Credit & Debit cards online via Paypal.
Q: What Times Are You Open?
A: We are open between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9:30am to 1pm on Saturday.
Q: Do You Use Genuine Parts?
A: We use genuine Smart parts wherever possible or high quality alternatives. We only use Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil as recommended by Smart and Mercedes Benz, and NGK or Denso spark plugs.
Q: Can You Sell Me Parts?
A: We can supply certain parts but we are currently do not hold many parts in stock. Although this is something we are looking into for the future.
Q: Can You Fit My Parts?
A: Yes. If you have purchased some parts already for your car we can certainly fit those parts for you. The price for this service will vary on an individual basis so please contact us for a quote.
Q: Can You MOT My Smart
A: We cannot MOT your car - however, if you are in the Folkestone area we can most certainly take your car for MOT following a service. The cost for this will be the standard price of an MOT (currently £55). We would need about 2 weeks notice for this.
